AVID VTX 3+1 BITE ALARM SETS

VTX 3-Rod Bite Alarm Set includes three alarm heads and a receiver, supplied with clip-on hard cases, a receiver lanyard, and a screwdriver.

Each alarm features a bi-directional sensing roller wheel with 8 sensitivity settings to detect both forward and backward line movement. A twin LED system offers four colour options—Green, Blue, Red, and Yellow—along with an optional night light for improved visibility.

Compatible with the VTX EPS receiver, the system delivers a reliable signal range of up to 150m. The SafeGuard anti-theft system alerts you if an alarm head is switched off, while the receiver’s bleep memory shows which rod was last triggered.

Built with a weather-sealed case, the alarms protect internal electronics and run on 2× AAA batteries for efficient power use. Additional features include a clear Piezo speaker, low battery LED indicator, adjustable volume and sensitivity controls, deep rubber-lined ears for rod security, a 3/8” no-twist thread with locking collar, and a 2.5mm power-out socket for illuminated swingers or bobbins.
